Thank you so much for letting us know about your generous Nittany "Shop With Heart" craft show events.

Mother's Day is such a special time for all of us to celebrate our Mother's and Grandmothers, along with the arrival of spring. Here is not only a way for all of us across Pennsylvania to find unique ways to show our mothers our appreciation but also to contribute to such a wonderful charity as PA Breast Cancer Coalition, "Giving a Gift that Gives Back" what a wonderful way for all of us to pay it forward.

This event is very special to me because I lost my daughter-in-law 10 years ago to breast cancer, she was the mother of 3 boys that have grown to teenagers now that I'm so proud to call my grandsons. She will always be my hero.

So please, anybody reading this, before going to your local mall to shop for Mothers Day, think about "Giving the Gift that Gives Back" and visit the Nittany "Shop With Heart" Mothers Day Craft Show.

Thank you for allowing me to advertise this wonderful PA event on Pennsylvania Mountains of Attractions.

Hi Cathy,

What a wonderful festival to celebrate such a special day. "Shop with Heart" is bound to be a success with talented vendors and a silent auction willing to help out those in need. I'm sure this year "The Penns Valley Hope Fund" is more stressed then ever to get much needed funds to help families in crises. We all need to find a way to pull our resources together to help our neighbors in any way we can.

I will be praying this ad will inspire people to join you and help your project with the success it deserves.

Hi,

I was wondering if it will be like the pre- Christmas show. I had a great time at the last Saturday I attended, and sales were very good. The best part was seeing so many of my friends who live locally and came to support our community!

Keep up this wonderful community feeling you're building!

What a well planned day. We enjoyed looking all around at what vendors had and yes the prices were very good. So many things to chose from. I bought some bread from the gentleman over by the stage, but did not get his name & phone number and now wish to order more items. Can you send me info at this site ? thanks so much !!! bjd

In answer to your question ...

Mmmmmm!

The bread was from a bakery called "Gemelli Bakers" located in State College on Calder Way.

 

The owner, Tony, was the vendor at our "Shop With Heart" Valentine Craft Show on Saturday, Feb. 7. He comes to the Old Gregg School Farmer's Market (in Spring Mills) on the first Saturday of each month. 

And you are right, his baked goods are amazing!  They specialize in artisan breads, cookies, and pastries.
